Current Openings:
Summary:
Oversees commercial construction projects, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget. He/she has a firm grasp on both the construction industry, management and financial skills. The Project Manager will ensure planning and successful completion of Customer projects.
Responsibilities:
- Builds productive relationships within the Project Team and Customer
- Monitors project progress, milestones, and deliverables continuously
- Prepares and disseminates status reports and analyses as needed
- Identifies and troubleshoots potential problem areas to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction
- Serves as a point of contact for addressing project-related questions/concerns
- Maintains all projects documents (e.g. plans, specifications, RFI’s, submittals, project O & M manuals)
- Assists project team with conflict resolution between Owner, Contractor/Subcontractor
- Tracks and negotiates change orders
- Understands project plans thoroughly and answers field personnel questions
- Leads the Project Team with site safety documentation and coordination
- Leads the Project Team with documenting job progress and schedule
- Assists Accountant with monthly billings and pay applications
- Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:

- High school diploma: Degree in Construction Management or similar field is preferred
- Computer savvy with ability to learn quickly
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Summary:
Responsible for the repairing, finishing, and maintaining of various drywall structures, fixtures, and buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Assists supervisors with final finishing of surfaces
- Operates tools, machines, and other equipment
- Complies with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
- Provides excellent customer service
- Stands for prolonged periods, climbs, pulls, and lifts heavy objects
- Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Upholds the company’s core values of integrity, drive, accountability and relationships
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma and/or GED (per union contract)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a 40 hour/wk set schedule
- Joins the union within seven (7) days of start date (Union dues paid by employee)
- Acquires and brings personal hand tools (Power and specialty tools will be provided)
- Completes a negative pre-employment drug test
- Provides proof of eligibility to work in the USA upon application
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks, in all weather
- Punctual and reliable
Summary:

- Assists supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation
- Conducts repair work and installation of exterior assemblies, vapor barrier, insulation, doors, drywall, ceilings and other fixtures as required
- Operates tools, machines, and other equipment
- Complies with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
- Provides excellent customer service
- Stands for prolonged periods, climbs, pulls, and lifts heavy objects
Requirements:
