Office Position: HR Office Manager

 

Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Office Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources activities (employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training) and managing office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains employee and company confidentiality
  • Develops and implement HR strategies and procedures
  • Organizes office operations and procedures
  • Maintains payroll and benefits program information by collecting and calculating data
  • Manages the recruitment process
  • Manages orientation and training programs
  • Maintains office reception
  • Processes new hire paperwork and manages employee files
  • Maintains job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Prepares and maintains project files and compliance documents
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Upholds the company’s core values of integrity, drive, accountability and relationships
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Proven experience in HR or Office Management
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
