Office Position: Office Manager

 

Summary:

The Office Manger is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently and overall administrative support. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, handling paperwork, to managing payroll. He/she will be well organized, energetic, flexible, and enjoy wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains employee and company confidentiality
  • Organizes office operations and procedures
  • Act as Executive Assistant to President and provide administrative support to staff
  • Manages office reception and delivers world-class customer service
  • Manages schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Plans and executes company events
  • Purchases office supplies and takes inventory
  • Process new hire paperwork and manages employee files
  • Prepares and maintains project files and compliance documents
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Provides timely and accurate financial information
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Upholds the company’s core values of integrity, drive, accountability and relationships
  • High school diploma; BS/BA is preferred
  • Experience with clerical and/or accounting procedures
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Computer savvy with ability to learn quickly
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
