OHIO WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY: MERRICK HALL

OHIO WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY: MERRICK HALL Merrick Hall is one of the oldest buildings on the Ohio Wesleyan University campus. It was constructed between 1868 and 1873. Merrick Hall, named after Frederick Merrick who was the president of OWU from 1860-1837, was originally constructed through an endowment fund of $40,000.00. Merrick Hall was shut down for more than 25 years due to restoration needs. An alumni couple gifted $8 million dollars to fund the restoration project. ACP of Ohio was selected to work with Lincoln Construction to provide the setting of the door frames, drywall assemblies, and acoustical ceilings. THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY WEXNER MEDICAL CENTER

THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY: WEXNER MEDICAL CENTER The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is a 1.1 billion dollar state of the art cancer facility.  The new 21-story tower has over 1 million square feet and is designed to accommodate 348 inpatient beds, 252 acute care beds, 24 bone marrow transplant beds, and 72 critical care beds. ACP with joint venture partner Barton Malow was hired by Turner Construction to complete the cold formed metal framing, lead board, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, and specialty wood ceilings.  This was a $30 million contract that took over two years to complete.

EXPEDIENT DATA CENTER

EXPEDIENT DATA CENTER ACP recently completed the largest data center in the central Ohio region.  This data center was completed for Expedient Communication Inc. and encompasses a new 60,000 square foot area.  ACP was hired by Pittsburgh based contractor Etzel Engineering.  Our scope included metal studs, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and doors frames and hardware.
